It's the greatest place in town cause they have the best whopper in town but it could be a little bit cleaner but it's clean enough

Manager ( I am pretty sure) was rude, overwhelmed, and had us wait 12 minutes for fries! The he brought them out not a huff, we said "thank you", he turned and walked away.

Got here a little later in the day, around 10:20pm. My friend and I ordered the $1.49 Nuggets through the drive thru. Delicious. The staff were a little flustered, but it was late, so that's understandable. Food was good and we got fresh French fries!

This says open at 5:00am on their phone # but when you put it on maps, it says open 24 hours a day. Got here at 5:30 am and no one would answer the drive thru window even though they could see me. I went and sat in parking lot intil 6:00 am and called them they said open at 6:00am. Then I'm asked to pull around the building and they'll bring my food out, although there are no cars in the drive thru. They still don't have any lights on the whole building.

This is a fantastic location. Yes, it’s Burger King food, but they always make sure it’s hot and fresh. Employees are knowledge and friendly, especially by BK standards.

Clean very pleasant people always clean and has very pleasant employees and the food is good

Whoppers was good but cold and for fresh french fries they was also cold, they did get order right this time, when I go get something to eat I expect it to be hot and after I paid they ask me to pull around by there double doors even tho I was the first to pull around out of 4 vechicals and I went in side to get my order. Not sure why it took so long

Prosper is a great employee who was helpful considerate and genuinely nice.

My husband and I visited on Sunday the 28th. They were extremely short staffed. However each and every employee was polite and provided the best service. While it took a little longer to get our food, it was excellent. They didn't take short cuts to make up for being short staffed. The restaurant was very clean. The owner of this franchise needs to commend their staff that worked that day!

I love their Onion Rings dipped in the ranch sauce!! It’s amazing.

This is the least busiest restaurant in Independence. So you would think that the food would get to you quickly. Burger King just doesn't have it together as a business. Only 3 employees on a Friday night?

Was great today. Came during a rush and they handled it well. Employees did a great job!

Great service and the food is always hot and fresh.

Their morning crew is nothing but AWESOME. I frequently go in the mornings (always with coupons) and I'm in and out of the drive thru in under 5 minutes. They always have a friendly face and are kind.The afternoon crew however. I've been there a time or two in the evening and they're SO SLOW.

Good fast service. Won me over with the fries are extremely hot! Well just how I like them.

Wish I could rate a zero, woman working the drive through was rude. When having a coupon she refused to use it, not ringing it up and charging us the full amount. When we noticed she said “well you never told me” when we handed her the coupon ON TOP of the money, we had to sit there for way to long for her to correct it!

OMG love Burger King their app is awesome too. I always get a good freshly cooked Whopper from here. Their Whoppers are better than McDonald's big Mac. I prefer the Whopper over any other Burger out there.

They are okay, ive been to other burger king's that are better than this store.

I have been to this BK 3 times and all three times the food has been cold, it was slow and the tables were dirty. The last time I went with a friend, we ended up asking for a wet towel to wipe the table so we could eat. Staff didn't even get the hint. I see why its always empty. ☹

I can get like 20 nugs for $3

I had to wait over 15 minutes in line but, there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I only live 2 miles from BK when I opened my sandwich it was cold, I think my orders was made and set aside.

Poor the food was sitting up in front we don't know how long it was up there. It was not made freash it was almost cold.

Generally a speedy location with good customer service, however I went there for a caramel frappe and was handed it with the contents dripping everywhere. It got all over me, my car and my phone. I looked for napkins in the bag of food and didn't see any. Teach your employees to at least put napkins in the bags, else it's an inconvenience to your customers. I am seasoned in customer service and was appalled at the whole thing.

Burger King is good for people that are on a fixing come that wants fast and Convenient Food plus you get tons of coupons for great savings on food up there and I also like it because it's convenient and close to where I live in walking distance

Worst place I have eaten at in my whole life...I payed for my food, Nd it said approved, then the cashier went to get the manager bc my payment wasn’t processing, Nd the manager tried calling me a liar, but I showed him proof that the payment already came out of my account...then we get our food Nd the fries were cold Nd hard...Nd you can definitely tell they don’t clean up the place...there was a spiderweb right next to where we were sitting....if I could give this place -stars, I would...most definitely would NOT recommend this place...bleccchhh🤦‍♀️😒

Went to get food somewhat late (about 9:30), but I have gone that late before after getting off work and had no problems. That was not the case this time. Not only did we get asked to wait for our drive thru order to get taken, when there was no one else even at the location besides employees, the french fries were also a problem. We had to wait on them which is fine, I'd rather have them fresh than stale, but they didn't salt them just threw a bunch of salt packets in the bag. Then there's my burger. It was plain as requested, but IT'S ONLY HALF A BURGER! The patty on my bun is so small and badly shaped that it literally takes up only half of the bun. I ate 3 very big bites of just bun and cheese before peeling the rest of the extra bun away just so I could actually get to the meat. While most of the time this BK does fine it does have a history of occasionally royally screwing up. Tonight was one of those and it left me hungry and unhappy.

The dude behind the counter was awesome.

Horrible customer service. Debbie if that is her real needs taken off front line with her bad attitude . I left to take my $ elsewhere.

Service was terrible ordered two for six whoppers and two med cokes and was charged more for cokes than burgers

2 for 5. No meat no sauce no lettuce. Nothing

The food was ok but the drink machine was on the frist the service was fine it was very clean and smelled neutral which is surprising concedering the location a lot of traffic in the area good place for a date or for the whole family a play area for the kids so mom and dad can have a break so stop in and see for yourself

Price 's,I go there several times a wk to pick up nuggets for my dogs,,,,its funny bec whn we approach a burger king our dogs strt heading for a window bec thy knw there gtting there fav treat for the wk.

Drive through took nearly 15 minutes. Frozen foods we had just bought at the grocery store in the same parking lot were half melted before we got home (which is never even close to a problem for us.) This particular location has a history of this but we thought we'd give them another try. The food was up to standard for any B.K., but the wait at this location isn't ever worth it for us.

Good was fresh, fast service! Maybe whoever runs this Burger King can help the one on Noland Rd and I-70 out? ? IT'S HORRIBLE! !

First off if I ask for Large fries instead of medium which comes with your combo and I get charged for them which is fine. What's not fine is when you get your order and your LARGE fries you asked for don't even fill the container they come in and are STONE cold, that's an issue!!! My fries would not have even filled a medium container not to mention they were cold, but yet I was charged for a large!! You suck!!! Note to self, AVOID BK!! I also tried to call THREE times to let someone know and no surprise NO ANSWER!!!!!
